This antibody works well. It is IgG1 which is a plus, especially when cocktailed. Titration of the antibody does indicate that the 20uL recommended vol/test is a good place to start.

The antibody stained NK cells as expected. Our aim was to compare its performance to another CD56 clone (NCAM16.2 - see my other review). This antibody worked well, and its titration made sense going from 20uL as suggested by the manufacturer. Being an IgG1 is a bonus, especially when cocktailed with other antibodies.

This is a good antibody, and it works well once titrated optimally. It is good when used in a cocktail.
