This conjugate delivers intermediate brightness to identify human mucosal-assocuiated inmvariant T-cells. It is both suitable for fresh and fixed cells (molecule should be stained prior to fixation). For identification of MAIT cells in some tissues, it is recommended to use a brighter dye (e.g. PE, BV421) due to downregulation of TCRVa7.2.
