Cells that were cultured in complete media were pelleted, washed and mixed with Reconstituted MycoAlert™ reagent and MycoAlert™ substrate in assay buffer. Further, luminescence was recorded before and after the addition of 100 μl of above MycoAlert™ reagent to the sample. The calculation was done as per manufacturer instructions.
