Good Kit for Endotoxin Quantification

E. coli were used to amplify pCMV-mouse expression plasmid and the extracted DNA was tested for the presence of bacterial endotoxin. For this, the first standard stock solutions of endotoxin were prepared in dilution as mentioned in the kit. The sample was prepared as per manufacturer instructions, mixed with chromogenic reagent, absorbance was measured and endotoxin levels were compared with reference to standards.
