Mouse cells were starved in growth factor reduced media, fixed and cells were permeabilized with intracellular staining permeabilization wash buffer for 15 min. After permeabilization, cells were washed twice with cold PBS and blocked with 3%BSA containing 5% normal goat serum. Cells were further incubated with primary and fluorescent labelled secondary antibody and images were captured.

Use for a short time
As compare to conventional permeabilization method, biolegend intracellular staining permeabilization wash buffer showed better results. This helps to stain low abundant intracellular proteins.
