The antibody works really well when it is used fresh. However our lab re-use the antibody multiple times and it needs to be changed unlike other antibodies. Therefore, there is a shorter shelf life for the antibody when re-using multiple times. Otherwise, it is an excellent loading control.
Very bright when used fresh
It can be too bright therefore some titration is necessary
This is a great loading control antibody therefore a must for western blots.
