Pharmacological blockade of SLC6A14 causes amino acid starvation in estrogen receptor positive (ER+) breast cancer cells and suppresses their proliferation in vitro and in vivo. It transports all essential amino acids and the only excluded amino acids are glutamate and aspartate, which are nonessential. It also transports glutamine (an important precursor for nucleotide synthesis) and arginine (an amino acid essential for tumor growth). Here we checked the time course effect of our listed antibody by chemoattractant. For these experiments, the expression levels of PRMT product showed good results.

Notably, increased H4R3me2a by repeated cocaine injections is relatively long-lived, as increased expression was observed for up to 7 d after the last cocaine injection. These results show the role of PRMT1 in the behavioral effects of cocaine.
