Normal Goat Serum Blocking Solution
S-1000
Mouse cells were fixed, permeabilized and blocked for 1 hour in a 3% BSA solution containing 5% normal goat serum blocking solution. Further, the cells were probed with on-target antibodies and examined under a fluorescent microscope.
Immunofluorescence staining
Mouse cells, Primary antibody, Secondary antibody
Store in the aliquot
The use of normal goat serum blocking solution at a concentration of 5% in 3% BSA significantly reduced non-specific binding of the primary antibody and finally reduced noise.
none
Using this reduces non-specific signals significantly.
Upon repetitive use, some growth appears in the solution
The best solution to decrease non-specific signals in immunofluorescence staining.
