Protein lysate from mouse tissue which was subjected to a specific treatment was resolved in SDS PAGE gel and western transferred in a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was immune probed with antibodies of apoptotic sampler kit and chemiluminescent signals were developed in an x-Ray film. The bands were analyzed with a control sample to quantify the level of apoptotic cells in the samples.
