The mouse tissue was used to isolate total RNA using TRizol reagent and subjected to cDNA synthesis. The target cDNA was amplified and quantified in Realtime PCR system using their specific TaqMan Prob and TaqMan™ gene expression master mix reagent. The PCR was performed in various conditions to profile a set of targets.
