Company:

Cell Signaling Technology

Product Name:

Phospho-AMPKα (Thr172)

Catalog Number:

2535

Clone Number:

40H9

Our lab has been interested in looking at how the AMPK signaling cascade affects downstream mTor, specifically phosphorylation at the Thr172 site therefore by activating tcells and then looking at western blot, we want to see whether there are changes in the level.
