This eBioscience fixation kit came as 100mL fixation/perm diluent and 30mL fixation/permeabilization concentrate. Dilute the concentrate 1:3 with the diluent buffer. We use this solution to fix cells before the intracellular staining such as transcription factors for flow cytometry.
