We use this kit to isolate naive CD8 T cells from mouse spleen and lymph node. We used to use Miltenyi kit for this purpose which is very expensive. After optimization of the amounts of antibody cocktail and beads to use, combined with Miltenyi LS columns and magnet, we're able to get good yield and purity.
