We are an immunology lab that studies T cells. CD8+ T cells are a critical subset of cells in the immune system. We use flow cytometry experiments to identify and study CD8+ T cells in either in vitro or in vivo experiments. This antibody is very good to identify CD8 T cells since the BV650 results in distinct population as it's bright.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Murine T cells from Spleen

Primary Incubation

1:500 in FACS buffer for 30 mins at 4 deg incubation

Blocking Agent

FC Block (CD16.32) in FACS solution during surface staining

Secondary Incubation

N/A

Tertiary Incubation

N/A

Detection

Flow cytometer (Celesta)

Results Summary

We readily able to detect our donor CD8+ T cells along with the endogenous CD8+ T cells. As you can see, the signal is quite robust and separate from the negative cells.
