We tested this antibody in FACS and in IF to detect human L1CAM. It works great in both applications, very sensitive and specific (signal disappears when L1CAM is depleted with siRNAs). However, it didn't work in WB.

Very specific detection of L1CAM, see the image for FACS result (blue curve: unlabelled cells; red curve: control siRNA treated cells; green curve: L1CAM siRNA treated cells). Upon L1CAM depletion, only 4% of signal is remaining.
