Our lab studies T cells throughout the whole human body and compares the differences across different organs. We need a reliable way to identify CD8 T cells so we can analyze them downstream. We chose this antibody because it is bright enough, but not too bright to leak into other colors.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
