8-Tube Strips for PCR and Real Time-PCR

To perform gene expression analysis for sorted CD4+ T cells from vaccine exposed and control mice, MicroAmp Fast 8- tube strip (0.1 ml) from Applied Biosystems was used. Real time PCR reaction of 20 µl was prepared in 8-tube strip and run on real time PCR machine. These tubes are RNase and DNase free, and even 10 µl of reaction mixture is sufficient to get accurate and specific results.
