Our lab studies the role of cellular signaling in T cells during T cell differentiation and function. One important pathway of interest is the PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway. With immunoblot analysis, we readily assessed p-AKT (T308) activity as a direct readout of upstream PI3K signaling in WT T cells upon T cell activation under different conditions.
