3ug of polyA RNA synthesized from dT primer in a total volume of 20uL was added to each tube of EcoDry premix tube and resuspended the pellet. Incubated at 42c for 60 min in a PCR instrument and the reaction was stopped by heating at 70C for 10 min.

cDNA synthesized from ecodry premix was diluted with RNAse free water to achieve 10ng/ul cDNA. 1uL of cDNA was used to set up realtime PCR reaction and observed amplification of desired transcripts
