This antibody was used in a set of experiments that were performed to determine the relative proportion of T cell subsets by staining whole blood samples and analyzing by flow cytometry. This antibody was used to identify cells in the CD8+ T cell lineage. This antibody easily resolved CD8+ T cells from CD8- lymphocyte populations.

Results Summary

This antibody worked very well in flow cytometry to identify CD8+ T cells. CD8+ T lymphocytes were easily resolved from other major T cell subsets when stained in combination with an antibody against CD4.
