Our lab focuses on T cells and their characterization in various human organ tissues. We frequently sort cells isolated from these organs and needed a bright and reliable CD4 cell marker for sorting, so we chose this one.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
