An important part of flow cytometry analysis is being sure that we are analyzing only living cells for functional markers. Therefore, we like to use this bright viability marker to differentiate between live and dead cells before during further analysis.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:1000; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
