This Decloaking Chamber is one of very useful instrument for heat induced antigen retrieval for immunohistochemistry experiments. This works very well for paraffin sections, after dewaxing the paraffin section are head included at 110 deg. for 45 mins for antigen retrieval in sodium citrate buffer. This has a display to show the total run and stop time. This chamber provides three slots for 72 slides for antigen retrieval.
Antigen retreival for IHC tissue sections
Wipe of the water completely after every use to prevent it from rusting.
