CD106 reacts with VCAM-1, a 110 kDatransmembrane glycoprotein and expressed mostly in myeloid lineage and bone marrow stromal cells. CD106 expressed low levels in endothelial cells and upregulate it upon cytokine stimulation. Here we checked the time course effect of VCAM-1 expression by chemoattractant.
