I used to count cells before the cell plating followed by treatment. This cell counter is easy to work with. The bright line is very clear so it is easy to count within the marked boundary of chamber. It`s V shaped make it easy to load samples to the chamber.

Mad a cell suspension using Trypan blue. Counted minimum 4 squares, then divided by 4, then multiplied by dilultion factor and 10,000 =no of cells / mL. The number of cells per milliliter = Number of cells counted per square millimeter X dilution (if used) X 10,000.
