Our aim is to examine the expression levels of Ras protein in glioma stem cells treated with an inhibitor against protein X. Stem cells were treated with inhibitor for 24 hours and the cell lysated were prepared by RIPA buffer lysis. Ran the lysates on 12% SDS-PAGE and western blot was performed.
