During different stages of adipogenesis of 3T3-L1, we knockdown CD24 gene to understand its regulation. One of the genes regulated was PPM1D, we validated the mRNA and had to validate the protein which never worked due to antibody we used.

We tested this antibody in both 3T3-L1 cells and positive controls MCF7 cells but couldn't detect the protein at appropriate size as mentioned by the manufacturer

It doesn't detect the PPM1D protein not reliable antibody
Do not use this antibody for PPM1D detection by western blots, it is not detecting the protein of mentioned size in samples and control.
