I am researching immunotherapies for cancer in mice, and my general research aim is to determine the extent of immune cell infiltration as well as activation by staining cytokines. This antibody is great for staining CD45+ cells from mouse origin. It forms the basis of many of our flow cytometry panels investigating leukocytes.
