I am studying Golgi function and used TMEM115 as a marker protein. The MEF cells were transfected with the negative control, or two independent siRNAs targeting TMEM115 for 72 h. The cells were then lysed, and processed for WB. This antibody could specifically detect endogenous TMEM115 both in IF and WB.
