LongAmp Taq DNA Polymerase is a unique Taq DNA Polymerases. Which Optimized enzyme for amplification up to 30 kb from low complexity templates and difficult templates. I used this kit for amplification of up to 15kb and I got one shot result without any optimization. LongAmp Taq DNA Polymerase have two fold higher fidelity than Taq Polymerase alone. The Kit is supplied with LongAmp Taq Reaction Buffer, which is optimized to give the highest PCR yields.
