This kit is used to purify plasmid from bacteria culture. The kit has simple instructions and produces high quality plasmids with good 260/280 and 260/230 readings. I routinely perform 10-20 miniprep a day. This kit always gives me high yields (500-100 ng DNA per uL) depending upon plasmid copy no. and cell volume.
