Dilution 1:1000 in 5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween / Overnight incubation at 4C
5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween
Dilution 1:10000 in 5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween / 1hr incubation at room temperature
3 washes x 5min each with 0.1%-TBS-tween
ECL chemiluminescent detection
The antibody detects a specific band with high signal to noise ratio. The antibody was validated with a KO cell line.
