For my research, I use quantitative mass spectrometry to profile the proteome in various lysosomal storage disorder genetic backgrounds. This antibody was tested in a western blot application on protein lysates from HeLa cells. The antibody was tested on control and GRN KO cells.

Dilution 1:1000 in 5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween / Overnight incubation at 4C
5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween
Dilution 1:10000 in 5% skim milk-0.1% TBS-tween / 1hr incubation at room temperature
3 washes x 5min each with 0.1%-TBS-tween
ECL chemiluminescent detection
Western blot data with KO validation

Needs overnight incubation
The antibody works very well in a western blot application and is reasonably cheap compared to other vendors.
