I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. This staining kit is way better than Ponceau staining!

This is superior to ponceau staining. Very sensitive and accurate for total protein level quant as a normalization factor for WB target protein level quantification.
