I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. This RPS6 antibody is one of the best antibody.

1:2000 dilution in 5% BSA, TBST, overnight incubation at 4 degree

Blocking Agent

5% non-fat milk in TBST

Secondary Incubation

1:20000 odyssey IRdye800 rabbit

Tertiary Incubation

Washed three times for 4 min each using TBST

Results Summary

This antibody is very sensitive and selective. There was a thin band detected around 40kDa, but it was very weak.. other than that, this antibody is very specific for RPS6.
