293T cell lysate
1:2000 dilution in 5% BSA, TBST. 1h at r.t.
5% non-fat milk in TBST
1:20000 dilution of Licor IRdye 800 rabbit
Washed with TBST three times for 5 min each.
Odyssey Clx
I used this antibody to see the CALCOCO2 reduction after starvation in the total cell lysate. This experiment worked beautifully. Very sensitive antibody and little background proteins.
