1:3000 dilution in 5% BSA, TBST. 1h incubation at r.t.
5% non-fat milk in TBST
1:20000 IRDye700 (mouse)
Wash with TBST three times for 5 min

I used this antibody at the end of all the WB to show the loading. This always works well regardless of many stripping.
