I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. This Calnexin antibody works very well with low amount of total loading.

1:2000 dilution in 5% BSA, TBST
5% non-fat milk in TBST
1:20000 Odyssey IRdye 800 rabbit
Wash with TBST, 3 times, 5 min each
Odyssey Clx.
This antibody was relatively specific for calnexin. Calnexin is quite abundant, so it worked well when less than 10ug of the cell lysate was loaded.
