I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. This REEP5 antibody is very good.

Results Summary

This antibody was very strong and selective. I did not see any other bands than REEP5 on the blot. I loaded 15ug of lysate per well.
