5% non-fat milk
1:20000 Licor IRDye800 rabbit
Wash with TBST 5 min, 3 times.
Odyssey Clx
This antibody was very sensitive, so I had to dilute it in 1:3000. 1 hour incubation at r.t. worked perfectly.
