To study the gene-expression levels of different mRNA, we have isolated the total RNA from control and toxin treated human neuroblastoma cell lines using this RNA isolation kit. To isolate the total RNA nearly 5 million cells were used per assay and we have carefully followed the protocol given in manufacturer RNeasy mini kit. Total RNA was eluted from spin columns by adding 40 µl of RNAse free water, concentration and purity of eluted RNA was quantified using Nanodrop.

Total RNA was isolated and quantified in the Nanodrop for its quality and concentration. Good quality and enough concentration of RNA was obtained.
