Review of Anti-Mouse CD45 (Biolegend)

MC38 tumors were excised from B6 mice and digested with Collagenase IV (1mg/ml) and DNaseI (200 ug/ml). Samples were processed further and stained with L/D blue to gate out dead cells. Subsequently, anti-CD45 antibody from Biolegend (clone: 30-F11) was used at a 1:200 dilution for 30 minutes at 4 deg C. Cells were then washed with wash buffer and analyzed by BD Fortessa.
