A Little Rough to Get through, but Worth It

I just finished up the kit for the detection of Visfatin in human blood plasma samples. This kit gave good results that were reliable and that was confirmed with the positive control provided and the standard ladder. The only issue I had was that the instructions for the prep of kit were difficult to get through and the only way I was able to follow it was to rewrite out the whole thing and put my own notes in. I HIGHLY recommend this, that way you don't get lost or end up preparing more or less of the reagent than you need for the numbered step. Other than that, it is a great kit.
