Flow cytometer with Red 633nm laser
We initially titrated the antibody and decided that 2.5 uL was giving up the best signal-to-noise ratio and best stain index. The positive peak isn't very distinct or bright, but I believe this is expected in resting lymphocytes. We were still able to reproduce the results we got using this antibody.

Difficult to resolve positive from negative populations
We are happy with this antibody, and we will use it in our CD25 project.
