We study mammary gland tumorigenesis in the PyMT mouse model. Before visualizing lymphatic vessels in tumors, we tested this polyclonal rabbit a-LYVE1 antibody in small intestine as a positive control, with very good results.

20um cryosections were stained with anti-LYVE-1 (green), anti-CD31 Alexa Fluor® 488 (red), anti-E-cadherin (white) and counterstained with Hoechst (blue).
