We study carcinogenesis in the PyMT mouse model. Before visualizing endothelial cells in tumors, we tested this monoclonal Hamster a-CD31 antibody in small intestine as a positive control, with very good results.

Images were acquired using an inverted Zeiss LSM880 confocal microscope with an 20x 0.8NA air objective.

Results Summary

20um cryosections were stained with Hamster anti-CD31 (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Good staining of blood vessels.
