We study mammary gland tumorigenesis in the PyMT mouse model. Before visualizing endothelial cells in tumors, we tested this polyclonal rabbit a-CD31 antibody in small intestine as a positive control, with very good results.

Results Summary

20um cryosections were stained with anti-CD31 (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Nice staining of blood vessels.
