We have used BioLegend antiPD-L1 antibody against mouse xenografts with human cell lines and this product yielded the absolute best result. We also tried antibodies from Abcam and other companies that did not meet the standards of BioLegend products. I highly recommend.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Block/Neutralize/Inhibit

Sample

Tumor xenografts in mouse models

Primary Incubation

1:10 dilution in PBS buffer

Blocking Agent

BSA

Secondary Incubation

Detection

Raman spectroscopy

Results Summary

Raman spectroscopy with gold nanoparticles attached with these antibodies and Raman labels enabled multiplexed detection of both PD-L1 and EGFR in breast cancer tumors in vivo. High specificity was key to these experiments measured with blocking control where PD-L1 receptors were blocked on control mice withe these antibodies as well.
