My research focuses on molecular mechanisms of axon growth and guidance during neural development and axon regeneration after injuries to the central nervous system or peripheral nerves. I do lots of transfection on mouse dorsal root ganglion cell culture.

I transfected the DRG neurons with the GFP plasmids. Then I stained Tuj1 (marker of neurons, red signal) and GFP (green signal), so the yellow signal represents the successfully transfected neurons.
The transfection efficiency is high.
I definitely recommend this kit.
