TC LPA5 4 was used in order to study the role of LPAR5 in murine microglia. The inhibitor was used in many different experimental procedures (WB, IF, qPCR, flow cytometry, functional assays) and the results were consistent.

Up to 10µM the inhibitor was well tolerated by the cells. Higher concentrations have not been tested nor were necessary.
TC LPA5 4 inhibited the LPA induced proinflammatory phenotype in microglia.
